We're back!! An excellent and rewarding trip.  We  plan to return soon and deliver our first of many training and empowerment sessions with a small but classy resort on the north side.

Accessibility Products and Services

ISI can assist you in developing and providing empowerment training for your company staff relating to "soft accessibility" issues - that go beyond the lacking minimums.

The term 'accessibility' often narrowly focuses on those of us with definable disabilities, however, it better describes the degree to which a product, service or environment is accessible by as many people as possible.

Currently about 10 per cent of the North American population alone live with some form of agility or mobility limitation. 10-12 per cent of that population are confined to wheel chairs or require other wheeled mobility-aids.

As the population ages, there will be a growing number of people with agility and mobility issues. People spend on average about 8 years, or 11.5 % of their life span, living with a physical limitation.

At a time when every dollar counts and you want to expand your tourism numbers, is your company doing all it can to achieve accessibility for all your customers - profitably?

It is the goal of Inspired Solutions International to ensure business CAN attract and maintain these customers - profitably.

 "Accessibility in a Box"

"Accessibility in a Box" is our first product geared to help the hospitality industry improve customer comfort and access to hotel rooms and suites in a cost effective manner.  The kit provides hardware that for the most part are installed temporarily, while only 2 items require basic hand tools.  The total install time would be about an hour. (hinge installation may require some modification in certain applications-call to discuss)

This kit is not intended to create a fully wheelchair accessible room, but bridges the gap for those with agility or mobility impairments that need a little extra. and those who use scooters and wheelchairs with a higher level of mobility. 

In a conversation with one U.S. hotel chain, this kit would have landed them a major convention by adding needed accessible rooms quickly to meet the clients needs.
